I want it to make clear to everyone that you need to follow annexations of countries with realism. For instance, nationalist countries or countries of different ethnicicity that have had troubles with nations in the past probably shouldn't be incorporated into your military population due to the amount of time it takes.
For instance, say I invaded Albania, Romania or Greece. Both of them alone would take 2, probably 3 in game years depending on my political situation for them to actually be up to 7% in my military.
That same goes for all of you with African colonies. You basically cannot incorporate ANY men into your army from colonial posessions just because of their low quality and lack of morale for your nation. It'd be like when Italy and the Ottomans in the 1920's when they took Greece or Italy in 1939 taking 10 million men out of the Libyan or Ethiopian population. It just wouldn't work, and the men they did take out they had to return just because, simply put, they were absoloutely worthless. So, from now on, I'm setting up a new rule.
- Countries that are of your nationality or have been annexed by you in the past or ones that seem relatively familiar or friendly to your reigme, it takes 6 months for them to be incorporated into your military fully. Picture it like Serbia taking Bosnia, Croatia and the northwestern Slavic nations or Germany taking back Austria.
- Countries that aren't of your nationality but are somewhat border states may take up to 2 - 3 years for you to incorporate in your military. This would be like Serbia invading Bulgaria, Albania or Greece or Germany invading Denmark.
- Countries that aren't of your nationality and are considered "colonies" may take up to 10 - 30 years for you to incorporate in your military. This would be like Serbia annexing Ethiopia or the Ottomans retaking Greece.
