And so, with the Belgian invasion of the Netherlands beginning, it was the perfect oppurtunity for Slavia to nab the lands of which they had sought to crete their Pacific empire out of. First, they would cross into Dutch New Guinea and ask for an official surrender of all the islands. If they would persist, an island hopping campaign would continue and result. Slavia officially declares war on the Netherlands as they are an enemy of the CUC. Empire of Slavia Order of Battle [/u] Commanding Officer: Brigadier General Luka Zdravko[/center] Manpower: 45,000 Equipment: 500 85mm Mortars - 9th Infantry Division - Red - 10th Infantry Division - Green - 3rd Mortar Division - Red Goal: Cease the islands of New Guinea, Maluku and Sulawesi. Morale and Situation: Although some of the Serbians on New Guinea are ethnic New Guineans, most are ethnic Serbs who are stationed there as part of their military tours. Because of the lack of civilization and the threat of mosquitoes and disease, they are at poor morale rate. This annexation, however, is to be a peaceful one. King Peter has ordered that any direct contact with an organized enemy will be considered extremely dangerous and a fallback position should be instated by the nearest border town.

OOC: Have you left our allaince or something? Or have you just not read our Charter? Rule 1.-Each member nation agrees to a Pact of Non-Aggression and a Pact of Mutual Defense of all lands, including foreign Empires, of the member nations. So according to the alliance that you joined you cant attack me. And why would you want to attack me anyway? I mean I am only here to get a cut of land, a few islands maybe ect. ect. ect Just to recover some land from losing Indo-China to you.

The Japanese Empire has done nothing to break the guidelines of the IWPC. We hope to maintain a friendly relationship with your nation, but if such aggression continues it seems it may be impossible to continue "biting our tongue."

OOC: France, you have 5,000 troops in Indo-China. It's been like 4 weeks since Japan bought Southeast Asia from you. If it takes you more than 4 weeks to move 10,000 fighting soldiers your military is shit.

Portugal is worried about this 'threat' the Imperial Japanese Navy is causing. Portugal has a large Operation in Timor Leste, does this mean that the Imperial Japanese Navy shall be fireing upon Porutugeuse shipping? And if so, does this mean a state of war exists between Portugal and Japan?
